CLOUGH/BALLACOLLA GAA CLUB

Clough/Ballacolla GAA club will host their summer bbq on August 5, bank holiday Sunday in the Hawthorn community building. Tickets are available locally or from any committee member. All support will be greatly appreciated.

WOODENBRIDGE PADDLERS

The Woodenbridge Paddlers will hold their annual juvenile regatta in conjunction with the Durrow Festival on Sunday, August 5, starting at the Old Bridge at 6pm. There will be practice sessions this Sunday and during the coming week at the Woodenbridge. For information call 0872395357.

SOUTH LAOIS TOURISM

South Laois Tourism will hold a family fun cycle in conjunction with the Durrow Festival on Saturday, August 4, starting in the square, Durrow at 11am. Route distance 13K and 5K.

BENEFIT NGHT

Benefit night on Saturday, August 4 in Mary’s bar, Clough in aid of a neighbourly local cause. All welcome.
