Ballyroan walk

Marking National Trails Day which is taking place across Ireland next Sunday, October 7, a forest walk will be on offer at Cullenagh Wood, Ballyroan, led by Brendan Fingleton. Beginning at 2.30, it is suitable for inexperienced walkers with a reasonable level of fitness. Meet at forest entrance, follow signs from Ballyroan. The walk will last for about an hour and a half. Wear sturdy footwear and bring a rain jacket. See www.nationaltrailsday.ie for other events held across the county.
