Camross vintage agm

On Friday, Feburary 1, Camross Vintage Club held their AGM in The Poets Cottage.The following were elected to form the committee: President: Fr.lalor; Chairman: Pat Lalor; Secretary: PJ Seymour; Treasurer: David Nolan; PRO: Cormac Mac Giollacoda.

The next meeting will be held on Saturday, Feburary 16 at 9pm in The Poets Cottage to disscuss St.Patricks Day arrangements.Dancing

Next dance is the first Saturday in March. Music by Checkers.

School News

Friday the feast of St Brigid was a very busy day. Mass was offered by Fr Lalor. The children all made St Brigid’s crosses and decorated the church leaving no stone unturned in having it looking its very best. It was also Grandparents day. Grandparents came from all over the country. There was refreshment served in the hall afterwards making it a very sociable occasion. Grandparents day will take place in Killanure on Wednesday, February 20 at 1pm.

Remembering our Faith

The final talk in the series will take place in Camross on this Tuesday night February 12. As many as possible are asked to attend.

Camross High Nelly Club

Camross High Nelly Club have set the wheels in motion for a start to a new season on their bikes! The AGM will be held in the Camross Hall at 8pm on Friday, February 15. All members welcome, hope to see some newcomers too!
