CLONASLEE SHOW LTD

The Clonaslee Show committee, with great regret, have unanimously decided to cancel the 2012 show due to unforeseen circumstances. We plan to be back bigger and better for 2013.

CULTURE NIGHT

September 21. Music, literature and historical talk in Clonaslee Heritage Centre from 7pm - 9.30pm. Traditional Irish music performance, poetry readings, storytelling and a talk. Contact 087 6726290.

NEW TRAFFIC LAYOUT

To improve the safety of all those using the grounds of Clonaslee Community Centre a new traffic layout is being introduced. A one-way traffic system to be introduced. New road marking, signposts and parking areas will be installed, and we ask everybody who uses the centre to become familiar with these new arrangements. These changes are designed to improve safety and minimise the risk of accident or injury to students, sportspeople, staff and all other users of the Centre.

CLODIAGH PLAYERS

A new play, Breezeblock Park, has been chosen to be performed by the Clodiagh Players. Reading of the script started Monday September 3 at 7.30 pm in the parochial hall.

NEW ALTAR SERVERS

Anyone wishing to serve at mass please collect a form from the Fr Shortall Room after either mass and return it to the sacristy as soon as possible.

SAINT VINCENT de PAUL

Monthly St Vincent de Paul meeting Friday September 7 at 8pm in the Fr Shortall Room. All members please attend.

MISSION COLLECTION

The annual church gate collection to help Sr Bridie Hogan in Zambia and Fr PJ Clear in Brazil is next weekend September 8/9.
