TABLE QUIZ
In aid of the Clonaslee Christmas Lights on Saturday November 17 at 9 pm in AJ’s Clonaslee Inn. We encourage all community groups, organisations, clubs and businesses to get a table together and join the craic. Raffle of large hampers and lots of spot prizes. DJ Danny will finish off the night. Table of four only €20.
ST STEPHEN’S DAY WALK
Laois Hospice and the organising committee are hosting the 20th Annual Mountain Walk on December 26 2012. The entire proceeds of this walk will go to the Laois Hospice Foundation. The amount raised last year was in the region of €35,640 which is a great achievement in these times.

CCE CLONASLEE BRANCH
Music classes have now started in the Community Centre. Juniors 6-7pm and adults 7-8pm. Cost of 10 classes is €50.00. Rental of instruments can be arranged at reasonable rates. For more information contact John Conway 085-285-1772 or any committee member.
CCE SINGING CLASSES
Singing classes held in the Parochial Hall every Saturday 10.30 to 11.30am. Cost is €4 per child. Membership is now due.
ADULT BADMINTON
Badminton for adults is on Tuesday evenings from 7 – 8 pm in the Community Centre. All are welcome to come and bash a few.
SVP CHRISTMAS CARDS
St Vincent de Paul will be selling Christmas Cards on Saturday and Sunday 17/18 November before Mass.
shoebox THANKS
Thank you to all the children and their families who contributed Christmas boxes filled with toys, clothes and a large variety of items for the forgotten children who are victims of war, disease or poverty. Your generosity is very much appreciated.
SOCIAL SERVICES

COMMUNITY LIBRARY
Our library is open every Tuesday and Thursday from 2 pm – 4 pm. A great selection of books available. To join the library, drop into or contact Matt Barrett on 864-8519.
SOCIAL AND SEQUENCE DANCING
A great night of dancing and exercise every Tuesday night from 8 pm-9:30 pm in the Community Centre. No partner needed, light refreshments served after the session. All very welcome to join in the fun.
PARENT TODDLER MORNING
The Clonaslee branch of the Parent Toddler Morning is on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 am – 11:30 am in the Clonaslee Community Centre. Cost is €3 per family. Everyone is welcome.
IRISH DANCING
Irish dancing is in the Parochial Hall on Tuesdays from 4:30 pm – 5:30 pm. All children are very welcome, all levels catered for. For more information contact Siobhan on 086-856-8029.
EXERCISE THE FUN WAY
Exercise through dancing on Saturdays from 12 noon to 1 pm in the Parochial Hall. Cost is only €5 per class. Everyone welcome.
PILATES
