Coffee Morning

Coffee morning/sale of work takes place in Oak House on Friday December 14 from 11am to 2pm. Crafts, jumble sale, Xmas crafts etc. Raffle for large hamper and many more items. Deepest Sympathy

It was with deep sadness that we heard of the death of Adam Finlay Crow Lane. Adam will be sadly missed by his wonderful parents Michael and Karen, his brother Alex, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and extended family and his many friends in the Kolbe Centre Portlaoise. Requiem mass took place on Friday December 7 at St Michael’s Church Portarlington, with burial after in St Michael’s Cemetery. May Adam rest in peace.

Deepest sympathy to the family of Margaret (Peggy) Kelly (nee Emerson) Pine Villa, and formerly of Alderwood Grove, Springfield Tallaght and Spa Street. Peggy will be sadly missed by her loving husband Brendan, daughters Jackie and Anita, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters Ann, Pauline, Celine and Marie, extended family and friends. Requiem mass took place at St Michael’s Church, with burial after to St Michael’s Cemetery. May Peggy rest in peace.

Condolences to the family of Christina Harding (nee Coady) late of Shandra, Portarlington.

Christina passed away peacefully in the loving care of the Nurses and staff of St Vincent’s Hospital Mountmellick. Loving wife of the late John Harding, Taney Pk, Dundrum. Sadly missed by her loving daughter Maria (Browne) Shandra, Portarlington, son Andrew (Dublin), son-in-law, daughter in law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, relatives and friends. Requiem mass took place on Monday December 3 at St Michael’s Church with burial after to Donard Cemetery, Co. Wicklow. May Christina rest in peace.

4th Laois Scouts, Portarlington

The AGM of the 4th Laois Scout Group will be held in the Scouts Den on Tuesday December 11 at 8.30pm. Everyone welcome.
