Tom Joyce painting talk

IN conjunction with an exhibition of his paintings, now extended until January 31, artist Tom Joyce will give a talk on the anatomy of his paintings in the Art Gallery at the Library in Mountmellick.

This will take place on Saturday January 19 from 11am until 1pm. Selected works will be examined and deconstructed and the techniques used in their creation will be explained. The event will be of great interest to anyone who paints, but of particular interest to beginners in oils. Admission is free.
