The 65 kitchen choir are back for their Christmas Crackers show, and as always they are promising one cracker of a performance.

They are performing in the Dunamaise for three nights from Thursday November 28 to Saturday November 30, and both Thursday and Saturday’s shows are sold out, with only a few tickets left for Friday.

Choir director Caroline Smith is delighted with the response so far and told the Leinster Express that the choir are very excited about these performances.

“It has been great for us this year and we really appreciate the support. All we can do now is put on a great show, we want to create Christmas. Life is so short and a lot of people have had a rough year, we all need something to give us a lift”.

And the choir will certainly provide that lift, if only for a few hours, with their dynamic mix of songs and performers. They will also be joined by Niall Smith on drums, Catherine Delaney on bass, and David Preston on guitar.
