As part of the national commemoration of 1916, local musicians, singers, actors and dancers are taking to the stage in a production of ‘Echoes of the Rising’ in Mountmellick Arts Centre on Friday May 20.
Organised by Mountmellick Arts Centre Committee and devised and directed by local singer, Emer Dunne, this unique and multifaceted show tells the story of the 1916 Rising in an interesting, informative and unbiased fashion.
