Barry McGivern and the Double Vision Band will be taking to the stage all the way from Belfast, and describe themselves as Ireland and the UK’s longest serving Rory Gallagher tribute band, playing his music even when he was alive.

Saturday will see The Vanities take to the stage, travelling to Portlaoise all the way from Sligo. Members include Darren Regan, Gary Hynes, Niall Gallagher and Christopher Regan. Influences include Neil Young, Smashing Pumpkins, Weezer, Pink Floyd, The Black Keys, The Ramones, Led Zeppelin, The Clash, Nirvana, The Pixies, The Beatles, Black Sabbath, The Smiths, Blur, Lenny Kravitz and lots more. The group also perform plenty of original material as well, and say their interests outside of playing gigs around the country include drinking, footbal, women and tea.
