As part of a nationwide tour, the Harlem Gospel Choir will be lifting the roof of the Dunamaise Arts Centre this November.

The world famous Harlem Gospel Choir was formed in 1988 and made its highly successful debut at New York’s Cotton Club the same year. The choir draws its core singers from various black churches in the Harlem community, who share the common aim of bringing about a better understanding of African/American culture. Founder member, Allen Bailey has worked in the entertainment industry for over 50 years.

Once again the choir return to Ireland to treat audiences here to powerful vocals, infectious energy and glorious sound.

Audiences should get ready to tap their feet, clap their hands, and even dance to this high-energy, joyous and exuberant performance, when the choir take to the stage at the Dunamaise on Tuesday, November 25.
