The Local Enterprise Office Laois is running a new innovative Business Growth Programme starting on February 3 and running every Wednesday morning for eight weeks.
Many businesses who have completed this programme in other regions have said that it has made a major difference to their business and given them the courage to try out new things which resulted in big improvements to their business.
This programme is aimed at Business owners or Managers who are truly committed to bringing their business to the next level and are prepared to TAKE ACTION.
The business areas covered on the programme are as follows: Marketing Foundations; Marketing Assets; Sales Conversion; Customer Maximisation; Networking for Results; Personal Effectiveness; Creating your own Plan for Business Success (NOT a Standard Business Plan – Far more useful); Implementing Your Plan for Business Success and Bringing it all together.
Any business owner/manager who participates in this programme should recognise the importance of working on the business as well as in the business and must be able to commit to attending a 3.5 hour workshop each week for eight weeks.
