People in Laois are invited to nominate local nursing homes for the Nursing Homes Ireland Care Awards 2012.
NHI say the awards recognise the excellence of nursing home staff, residents and the homes themselves.
“The awards reflect the diversity and many facets of nursing home life, recognising not only outstanding staff, but also resident contribution and how well the nursing home integrates into its local community”.
The closing date for nominations for the nine awards is Friday, July 27 The award ceremony will take place on November 15. Nominate at www.nhicareawards.ie.
