Laois manager presents medals to Borris-in-Ossory/Kilcotton players

Laois Senior Hurling Manager Seamus Plunkett was on hand to present the medals to the Borris-In-Ossory/Kilcotton U-17 team on Sunday, May 19

He also presented socks and togs were presented to the Borris-In-Ossory/Kilcotton U-14 team .The occasion was attended by a large turnout of parents and friends.

Mathew Whelan and Brian Stapleton were also in attendance and took time out from their busy training schedule and brought the National League Division 2 Cup which delighted the children.

Seamus encouraged every child to continue training and said that it was an honour to be playing hurling which is one of the oldest games in the world.

Donal Bergin, Club Juvenille Chairman, thanked Seamus, Andrew Broderick and the Laois players for their attendance .
