Division 3 FL Final

Barrowhouse 2-11

Spink 1-11

Time and again Spink were thwarted by Fitzpatrick while at the other end Emmer Malone and Joe Murphy found the back of the net with the key goals that proved the difference between the sides when the final whistle went.

With time running out Barrowhouse lead by five points but to their credit Spink kept coming forward and points from Rob Miller and top scorer got the gap down to three with the game now in injury-time. Spink went all out for the equalising goal and while they got close to the pulling the game out of the fire, they found Fitzpatrick again in their way as the ‘keeper again kept them at bay to see out the win for his side.
