Laois SHC Round 1

Camross 2-11

Ballyfin 1-11

The sides were level at the break after exchanging goals just before the interval but Ballyfin edged in front early in the second-half and they looked to be in an even stronger position when Camross were reduced to 14 men.

However Zane Keenan converted two frees to draw the sides level with eight minutes remaining and Camross stole the win with four late points on the run to crush the brave Ballyfin challenge.
