Colt eased into the final of the Laois IHC with a ten point demolition of Rathdowney-Errill in a disappointing semi-final on Saturday evening in O’Moore Park.
Laois Intermediate Hurling Championship
Bidding to bounce back from the disappointment of relegation last year, Colt are well on track to do just that. They overwhelmed Rathdowney-Errill in the first half, with the game all but wrapped up with 15 minutes gone as they held a seven point lead without really over exerting themselves.
By half-time they lead 0-11 to 0-5 and while Rathdowney-Errill got two early scores in the second-half, they didn’t add to their total from their to the finish as Colt cruised to victory.
