James Sherlock - Emo

The death occurred on Wednesday, September 28 of James (Jim) Sherlock of Killimy, Emo and late of New Mills, Mountmellick.

Peacefully at home

Deeply regretted by his wife Mona and family Leonie and Michael, sister Sheila Luttrell (Kilbride, Portarlington) brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing in Moloney's Funeral Home, Mountmellick from 8pm on Thursday.

Recital of the Rosary at 9pm. Funeral prayers on Friday at 11am in the Funeral Home. Removal at 11.50am to St. Joseph's Church arriving for 12 noon Requiem Mass. Burial will take place afterwards in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

Mary Ann Doheny - Cullohill

The death occurred on Tuesday, September 27 of Mary Ann Doheny (née Walsh) of Graigueavoice, Cullohill.

Peacefully in the care of the nurses and staff of Brookhaven Nursing Home, Ballyragget.

Wife of the late Tom. Deeply regretted by her sons Denis and Eamon, daughter Margaret, daughters-in-law, son-in-law, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, grandchildren, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Brookhaven Nursing Home from 5pm this Thursday evening with Rosary at 8pm.

Funeral prayers Friday at 10am followed by removal to Saint Tighearnach's Church, Cullohill for Requiem Mass at 11am.

Burial immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

John Lewis - Stradbally

The death occurred on Monday, September 26 of John Lewis, Cork Road, Stradbally.

Peacefully at the Beacon Hospital, Dublin surrounded by his family.

Predeceased by his wife Judy. Beloved husband of Mary.

Dearly loved and devoted father to his son Sean and daughter Mary, sadly missed by his loving family, son-in-law Martin, brother-in-law Joe and family, grandchildren Sorcha and Aoibhe, relatives, extended family, neighbours and his many friends.

Reposing at his home this Wednesday from 4pm with Rosary at 7pm.

Requiem Mass on Thursday at 12 noon in the Sacred Heart Church, Stradbally, followed by interment in Oakvale Cemetery.

Angela Brennan

The death occurred on Monday, September 26 of Angela Brennan (née Dooley) of 33 Idrone Park, Tullow Road, Carlow and late of Bilboa.

Peacefully at her home, surrounded by her family.

Deeply regretted by her husband Murt (Cloney) and family T.J, Debbie and the late baby Debbie and William, grandhildren Jason, Levi, Jemelle and Paige and sister of Liz, Pat, Willie and the late John, Jim and Mary, daughter-in-law Olivia, son-in-law Paul, brothers, sister, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, neighbours, relatives and friends.

Reposing at her home from 2pm on Wednesday with Prayers at 9pm.

Removal on Thursday at 10.30am to The Holy Family Church, Askea arriving for Funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in St Mary’s Cemetery, Carlow.

Patrick Fenlon

The death occurred on Monday, September 26 of Patrick Fenlon of 41 Hillside, Clonaslee and late of Morette, Emo.

Peacefully in the care of his daughters Pamela and Grainne and the staff of St. Vincent's Hospital, Mountmellick.

Deeply regretted by his daughters, wife Marie, son-in-law Darren, his five grandchildren, sisters Joan Purcell (Ballyduff, Co. Kerry) and Kathleen Naughton (Dublin), neices, nephews, relatives neighbours and many friends.

Reposing in Marie's home, 35 Hillside from 2pm on Tuesday. Rosary at 9pm.

Funeral arriving for 12 noon Requiem Mass on Wednesday in St. Manman's Church, Clonaslee.

Cecilia Roshtan

The death occurred on Monday, September 26 of Cecilia Eileen Roshtan of Roskilde, The Village, Portlaoise

Predeceased by her husband Lionel and by her brothers and sisters, Kathleen, Michael, Tom, Séan, Maura and Brendan.

Deeply regretted by her family, sisters-in-law Mary and Marjorie Fitzsimons, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives and friends, and her carer Carmel Molloy.

Reposing at her home this Tuesday from 5pm until 8pm with rosary at 8pm.

Removal takes place on Wednesday at 9.30am to arrive at SS Peter & Paul's Church for 10am Requiem Mass. Cremation after at Glasnevin Crematorium.

Jimmy Coyne

The death occurred on Friday, September 23 of Jimmy Coyne of Dunmore Galway and late of Borris-in-Ossory.

In the care of the staff at St. James's Hospital Dublin. Pre-deceased by his brothers Pauric and Sean.

Deeply regretted by his family, sisters Imelda (Holy Family sister Newbridge), Kathleen (Slamen), brothers Tommy and Michael, sisters-in-law Pauline and Frances, brother-in-law, Martin Slamen, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, relatives and friends.

Removal from St. James's Hospital, Dublin, on Tuesday morning at 10am to St. Canice's Church, Borris in Ossory, for Requiem Mass at 12 noon, followed by burial in Derrinsallagh Cemetery, Borris in Ossory.

Richard Graham

The death occurred on Saturday, September 24 of Richard (Richie) Graham of Ridge Road, Portlaoise.

In the loving care of his family. Predeceased by his wife Phylis, and father of Seamus and Cora.

Deeply regretted by his family, son-in-law John, grandchildren Ciara, Darragh, also Richard, Brian, Cian and their mother Geraldine, brother Tony, and sister Maura (Bell), brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family relatives and friends.

Reposing was at his daughter Cora's residence on Sunday.

Removal on Monday morning at 11.30 am for Requiem Mass at 12 noon in Ss Peter and Paul's Church. Burial afterwards in Ss Peter and Paul's Cemetery.

Breda McKelvey

The death occurred on Sunday, September 25 of Breda McKelvey (née Dooley) of The Glebe, Donaghmore and formerly Attanagh.

Peacefully at her home surrounded by her family.

Predeceased by her husband Bob. Deeply regretted by her family Mary, Donal, Pat, Geraldine, Gabriel, Fiona and Michelle, sons in law, daughter in law, partners, grandchildren, Sarah, Kevin, Emma, Elisa, Corey, Donncha and Aoife, her brother Martin, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing was at her residence from on Sunday evening. Funeral prayers on Monday evening at 6.30pm followed by removal at 7pm to the Church of the Assumption, Killasmeestia.

Funeral Mass on Tuesday at 3pm followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
