Roundabout called for at the hospital in Mountmellick

Provide a roundabout and pedestrian safety measures at the Irishtown/St Vincent’s Hospital junction at the N80 in Irishtown, Mountmellick, proposed Cllr Paddy Bracken at the recent meetin of the area's Municipal District .

Acting Senior Executive Engineer Farhan Nasiem, in a written reply to the councillor , said Laois County Council would raise the issue with Transport Infrastructure Ireland.
