Jack (14) has gone from strength to strength with his training with Tommy Delaney’s club. In his short 2.5 years of kickboxing he has travelled to France to compete in the IKF Junior Europeans where he took third place and has also travelled all over Ireland successfully representing his club

Jack will now join the Kickboxing Ireland – Junior Team in training sessions throughout the summer months and continue training with Combat Kickboxing in preparation for the WAKO World Kickboxing Championships which will be held in Slovakia in September with a view to travelling to Turkey and Russia for future competitions.

Combat Kickboxing’s Trainer – Tommy Delaney and the committee of Combat Kickboxing are delighted for Jack and wish him all the best in his future exploits. They will always support him in every way possible on his kickboxing journey. It is a shining example that Mountmellick – though small – has great potential as a town to produce top level athletes.
