As part of the reading challenge a treasure hunt will take place in Rathdowney library on Wednesday July 22 from 12.30 to 1.30 for children age 4 to 8 years. Ossory Agricultural Show Society 1898 -2014 Laois County Show will take place on Sunday, July 26 Coolfin, Rathdowney Co Laois. A fun day out for all the family.

A great Bingo is held every Tuesday Night at 8.30 in the Rathdowney Community Centre. Your support would be greatly appreciated. Bingo is run by the Community Centre Group.
