ICA TRIP TO WALES

ICA TRIP TO WALES

A group of almost fifty people travelled to Cardiff in Wales last week on a trip organised by Borris in Ossory ICA guild. The group travelled with Marathon Coach Tours and had a ferry crossing from Rosslare to Fishguard. They stayed at the Maldron Hotel Cardiff and enjoyed five days of brilliant sunshine. The trip included a visit to Cardiff Castle, a guided tour of Cardiff Millennium Rugby Stadium and a visit to St Fagan’s National History Museum. Also on the itinerary was a day spent in the city of Bath and a visit to the Physic Garden in Cowbridge.

Great credit is due to Lily Sheeran who organised the trip and to Mary and Sas, the guide and bus driver with Glasheen coaches who looked after the group so well during their stay in Wales.
