One man, aged 42, was charged with 31 counts of sexual assault in Kildare on dates between 2004 and 2011. He made no reply when charged. He has been remanded on continual bail to May 22 for the serving of a book of evidence.
He must reside in Carlow, not apply for a passport, and not interfere with witnesses.
Another man, aged 70, has been charged with 19 counts of sexual assault at locations in Monasterevin, Kildare and Offaly, on dates between July 1, 2008 and January 1, 2012.
Two books of evidence were served on him last week, with the matter sent forward to Portlaoise Circuit Court on April 29.
The man was ordered to surrender his passport, sign on weekly at the garda station, and have no contact with the injured party.
