Craig Parkinson, Mary Street, Durrow, was convicted of drug possession, and possession for sale or supply, at his home address on May 4, 2013; and driving without insurance and non display of disc, at Knockamoe, Abbeyleix, on July 11, 2013.

Judge Catherine Staines imposed 150 hours’ community service in lieu of six months in prison, put him on six months’ probation, fined him €300, and disqualified him from driving for four years.
