Rory Kelly, Rathmiles, Killenard, Portarlington was fighting with his girlfriend on November 1, 2013 at the Maxol Service Station in Portarlington.

The court heard that Kelly, who was intoxicated, was asked to keep his voice down, but became abusive towards the Gardai.

Judge Staines ordered that Kelly complete the Athy Alternative Project and remanded him on bail until next March.
