“Flooding has destroyed land,” remarked Cllr Lalor and Senior Executive Engineer Michael Malone informed him that all reports of flooding will be assessed against the legislation.

Mr Malone added, “I don’t make the laws and I’ll be writing to at least seven land owners around under the Act and they’ll be given a reasonable period of time to respond.”
