Fines of €200 were imposed on a defendant for road traffic offences at last week’s court.
Patrick Mullally (30), 6 Balladine, Abbeyleix was charged with having no L-plates and non display of NCT at Irishtown, Mountmellick on May 10, 2013. A charge of driving without an accompanied qualified driver was taken into consideration.
