A Portlaoise man facing public order offences has had a curfew imposed on him.

Paul O’Shea, 207 St Brigid’s Place, Portlaoise, was charged with failing to comply with the gardaí, and threatening behaviour, at Main Street, Portlaoise, on October 22.

The matter was put back to November 13.

Bail conditions are a curfew from 9pm to 9am, and he must stay away from the town centre except to attend the post office and the Coote Street clinic.
