Four people have been charged with public order offences in Mountrath’s Rushall estate on January 30.

Four people have been charged with public order offences in Mountrath’s Rushall estate on January 30.

Ashley Fanton, 14 An Garran, Kiln Lane, Mountrath, and Dorothy Doheny, 17 Rathdowney Road, Borris in Ossory, are charged with assault and threatening or abusive behaviour.

PJ Delaney, 37 Rushall, and Christopher Doheny, Derrin Oliver, Pike of Rushall, are charged with threatening or abusive behaviour.

Also appearing was Kathleen Brophy, 14 St Fintan’s Terrace, Mountrath, charged with assault and threatening behaviour, at Old Forge Crescent, Mountrath, on January 29.

All matters have been adjourned to December 11.
