A bench warrant was issued last week for a Mountmellick man who missed his appointments with the probation services and failed to show up in court.
James Kelly, 21 Twomey Park, Mountmellick, was charged with being intoxicated at Twomey Park, on July 23 this year.
Defence, Ms Josephine Fitzpatrick told the district court that her client had not engaged with the probation services and was not in court.
Judge Catherine Staines noted Kelly had not turned up for probation on three occasions. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
