ST FINTANS GAA

The lotto jackpot worth €3,000 held in Kelly’s Bar was not won. Next jackpot in Bennet’s Bar for €3,200. We played Rathdowney/Errill in our last game in ACHL Div 1A and won 3 17 to 0 12. This result of this game and other results will determine our progression to the league playoffs. In ACHL Div 4 we had a very impressive win over Abbeyleix, 4-16 to 1-16. This result leaves us finishing the league in a creditable 4th place and should prepare us well for the upcoming championship. Juvenile Our under 6 and under 8s took part in the Boris/Kilcotton blitz held on Saturday last. And there were excellent performances from all the young players that attended. Our under 8s were very competitive and the skill level of all players is a credit to all the coaches involved. The upcoming Croke Park Experience day is scheduled for Monday July 14 next. Further details later. Training for all panels continues on the Shannon Rd. Please use the parking facilities provided.
