Derrylamogue drainage

Drainage work is to be carried out by Laois County Council at Derrylamogue NS.

A request to install drainage pipes at the school “in the interests of safety” was made by Cllr Pat Bowe at last week’s Mountmellick area meeting.

The engineer Tom O’Carroll replied that the work will be carried out, but no timescale was given.
