Four Mountrath houses bought for €128,000

Houses in the Rush Hall estate in Mountrath are among those featured in Allsop Space’s auction being held today in the Shelbourne Hotel.

Already sold today are four three bed semi detached houses, with an adjoining 3 acres of land, for a total of €128,000. Numbers 76, 79, 82 and 85 Rush Hall are all two storey end-of-terrace houses. The reserve was set at €40,000. Number 80, a three bedromm semi detached house had a reserve price of €30,000 and has sold for €57,000.

Still to come under the hammer today are 70 and 71 Rush Hall, four bedroom semi-detached houses ‘in shell condition’. Lot numbers 70 and 45 respectively, they both have reserves set at no less than €30,000.
