“WILL staff previously employed in St Canice’s be given hours in the new CBS building when it opens?” asked Councillor Kathleen O’ Brien at this month’s VEC meeting.

She was told by Laois VEC CEO Anne O’ Keefe that they may or may not. Adult Education Officer for Laois VEC, Joe Cunningham, told the meeting that all staff have been redeployed from the St Canice’s Training Centre since its closure earlier this year.
