Nowhere to spend a penny

Stradbally needs its public toilet back, says Cllr Ray Cribbin.

“A lot of public houses are not opening till 3 and 4 o’clock. Busses stop and there is nowhere to spend a penny,” he commented at the recent Emo electoral area meeting.

“I think it’s important it is looked at again. A public loo should be opened,” he said.

His comments followed Cllr Tom Mulhall’s request the the council reinstate grass and landscaping on the Athy road.
