Timahoe break-in witnesses sought

GARDAÍ are appealing for witnesses following a break-in at Delaney’s shop in Timahoe.

The raid occurred between the close of business on Monday night, August 21 and in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

Entry was gained by smashing through a window and cash was taken from the premises.

Gardaí are urging anyone that may have information or seen anything suspicious in or around the Timahoe area on the night in question to contact Portlaoise Garda Station at 057 86 74100.
