Action needed to tackle flooding at Woodbrook, Mountrath

Action is set to be taken to tackle flooding at a house a Woodbrook, Mountrath.

Cllr James Kelly called on Laois County Council to resolve flooding at Seamus Hyland's house, Woodbrook,

Engineer Brenda Cuddy: "It has been agreed to clean existing gullies and determine the outfall. It has also been agreed to investigate installing an attenuation drain along the edge of the road."
