LAOIS SENIOR SCÓR

Laois senior scór competitions take place in Camross on Saturday 22 February. Registration at 7.30 pm and competitions start at 8 pm. Competitions include figure dancing, solo singing, recitation, instrumental music, novelty act, ballad group, set dancing and senior quiz. To take part in this competition you must be under 17 on 1 January 2014.

HOLY LAND PILGRIMAGE

A 13-day pilgrimage to the Holy Land will take place form 1 to 13 March 2014. The trip will take in Bethlehem, Nazareth, The visitation site, Sea of Galilee, Cana, Capernaum, Mount Tabor, Mount of the Beatitudes, Jericho, Bethany, Gethsemane, Mount of Olives, Jerusalem, Masada and the Dead Sea.
