Devestating displays of table tennis by Mountrath Community Schools table tennis team brought rich pickings in the recent All Ireland Schools championships.
The popular annual event which was staged in the Basketball Arena in Tallagh saw 34 schools from all four provinces battle it out to become overall champions. This talented young team consisted of Jessie Hayes, Leanne Delaney (capt) Claire Handcock, Sarah O’Connor, Nadia Krawczun, Caitriona Rafter and Hailey Hayes. Congratulations to all involved in this great achievement.
