Late Aileen MCGIFF

Condolences to the family of the late Aileen McGiff (née Dacres) (Shankill, Co Dublin and formerly of Harristown, Rothdowney, who died on February 25 (suddenly but peacefully) at home. Beloved wife of the late Albert (Bert) she will be very sadly missed by her loving daughter Shirley, son Philip, sisters, brothers, extended family, relatives, friends and neighbours. Removal to St Anne’s Church, Shankill for Requiem Mass. Afterwards to Mount Jerome Crematorium. Donations, if desired, to Venegas House, Dun Laoghaire.

Late Sr Sarah HOGAN

Condolences to the late Sr Sarah Hogan,(Presentation Sisters), Conoboro Road, Ratodowney and formerly Tasmania who died on February 24 peacefully at Portlaoise Regional Hospital. Deeply regretted by her brothers William and Tom, extended family, relatives and friends. Repose at her brother William’s residence in Rathdowney. Removal to The Church of The Holy Trinity, Rathdowney for Funeral Mass followed by burial in Killasmeestia Cemetery.
