Thursday night clean-up is continuing every week and this week we would like to thank the cub scouts who did great work cleaning the church grounds, boys school area and Erkindale Drive with us, the scouts have pledged to help us every week as part of their badge programme. We invite everybody to come along on Thursday night. Litter pickers and refuse sacks are supplied by the Tidy Towns committee on the night. The work nights are important in our preparation for the Pride of Place competition. We also ask for residents and businesses to clean outside their premises and put out flowers etc.
