BORRIS-IN-OSSORY

DAFFODIL DAY Daffodil Day was very well supported in Borris in Ossory and surrounding areas and thanks is extended to all who donated so generously. A huge effort was put in by all the volunteers who gave their time for this worthwhile cause. Special thanks to the several new helpers who had volunteered for the first time. Their help was really appreciated. Thanks also to the local shops for their help and co-operation with the collectors. An amount in excess €3000 was collected and this has been forwarded to the Irish Cancer Society.
