Get Fit this Year

Lots of individuals are jogging / walking at present to maintain fitness and improve their lifestyle a lot. Large numbers are using the walking loops in the local woods to walk in a safe and secure environment. This is very encouraging. There is a road race coming up on Sunday 26th of April at the Golf Club in Thurles. It is a ten km road race / walk to challenge us to try longer distances to maintain fitness for the New Year.
