LATE MR PATRICK MOLLOY

The death occurred recently at Borris Lodge Nursing Home of Mr Patrick (Podghe) Molloy, Tolerton, Ballickmoyler and formerly of Shankill, Dublin. A former CIE employee Podge was a great boxer in his day and a greyhound enthuasist. His remains were removed from his home to St Mary’s Church, Mayo, Crettyard, where they were received by Fr Denis Murphy, PP. Burial took place in adjoining cemetery after requiem mass. He is survived by his wife, Peggy, sons, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, mother-in law, sisters in-law, brothers-in law, nephews, nieces, other relatives and a large circle of friends.
