DIRTY OLD TOWNS
Work is coming to an end in town shortly on all the projects for the RTE programme. The enthusiasm has been overwhelming and the committee would like to thank everyone for their support. The fourth night of the programme took place last Wednesday night, and will continue for another two episodes. For any questions or queries please contact us on our Facebook page ‘Port DOT Project’ or email firstname.lastname@example.org. One of the projects shown was our wonderful building called the ‘Athletic Club’ (boxing club to others). You will have seen that the outside got a great face lift, and it shows the potential that is there to open up this wonderful building again. The committee will follow up on this project, and see the costing, and what grants are available to restore this building, which is full of history. So many things could take place here for young and old.
