Celebration Mass

Sean Fitzgerald recently retired as Principal of Raheen NS and Tobar an Leinn, Raheen after teaching there from 1980 to 2014. A celebration mass will be held in St Fintan’s Church, Raheen at 7.30pm on Friday, November 7. Refreshments and presentations afterwards in Eamon an Chnoic. All past pupils & past parents are invited to attend this special occassion. It would be much appreciated if we could have some photos which were taken during Sean’s time in Raheen - leave into Tobar an Leinn or Fr Kelly’s house.


Raheen ICA held their October meeting on Tuesday 14 October. The well attended meeting was presided over by Mary Delaney. Votes of sympathy were passed with all families that had bereavements since the last meeting. The minutes and correspondence were read by the secretary while the treasurer gave a detailed account of the finances. The raffle was won by Anne Sinnott. Next meeting takes place on Tuesday 11 November.
