The new NCBI shop has had a thorough re-vamp and looks really well, thanks to the efforts of Paddy Byrne, Area Manager, Stephanie McEvoy, manager and her six volunteers. On Friday August 14, we will celebrate these improvements. Coffee, tea and light refreshments will be served. A feature of this event will be the draw for a signed pair of Katie Taylor’s boxing gloves. Raffle tickets are available in the shop and elsewhere in the town – a chance not to be missed! We urge you to give your donations of clothing, household linen, bric a brac and unwanted gifts to registered charity shops, such as NCBI. Our charity has been helping blind and vision impaired people for about eighty-five years and is highly respected.
