CCÉ Camross are pleased to advise that harp lessons for all ages and standards are now underway. Adult guitar lessons are taking place in Camross Hall on Monday evenings. Beginners at 9pm and advanced at 9.30pm. Children’s music classes take place on Monday evenings in Camross Hall. For further details relating to all classes, please contact Lisa 087 9856107

Slieve Bloom Assoc

The book for the 40th Anniversary of the Founding of the SBA will be on sale from Sunday April 12th at the Celebrations in the Community Centre, Kinnity. Keep a keen eye out if you wish to buy one as this is a limited edition, and the last book sold out in days. The next meeting of the Slieve Bloom Association will be in the ICA Hall, Mountmellick on Thursday, February 19 at 8:30pm. Auction on Sunday next

Camross GAA Club are holding their annual auction of farm produce, corn, round bales of hay and straw, firewood and turf etc at the GAA grounds Derrynaseera on Sunday, February 15 at 2pm. To donate items for the auction contact any of the committee this week.

The annual sale of County Board tickets is in progress and the club would request your support.

Holders of the Palmer cup Camross have been grouped with St Lazerian’s Abbeyleix and St Fintan’s Mountrath which is due to commence in the coming weeks.

Referees course
