Scoil Bhríde Parents Association is having a clothing collection fundraiser on Thursday April 23 at 9:30 am in the school gym. Bags can also be dropped to the gym the night before, 7 to 8pm, or to Jackie Farrington or Deirdre Baker.
Please do not make a rubbish dump out of our graveyard. Take home all the dead plants and flower wrappings, don’t hide them in the bushes or behind other graves stones.

Group has resumed clean-ups on Tuesdays and Thursdays starting at the Heritage Centre at 6 pm. People are most welcome to come along and help for an hour. All ages.

Renowned traditional musician Seán Norman celebrates fifty years in the music business with a céilí on Sunday April 26, 4-7pm in Community Centre, Ballyfin, launching his new double CD. Clonaslee Comhaltas have two music teachers on Thursdays in the Community Centre. Karen McCormack teaches button accordion, flute, tin whistle, keyboard and fiddle from 4:15-8 pm.
