A number of young people who were recently trained and commissioned as Eucharistic Ministers are now bringing Holy Communion to the housebound at weekends. This is proving a very positive experience for both the housebound and the young people concerned. It serves as a link between the community who attend Sunday Mass and the people who cannot get to church. This service is in addition to the monthly visits which the priest makes to the sick and housebound. Any person who would like a visit from our young Eucharistic Ministers or any of our Eucharistic Ministers is asked to contact the parish office.
